| Starting in my teenage years I became, the Steak Seasoner at my family BBQ's. My idea came from them--I was always trying to create the perfect steak. In 1993 I bought, Pickle's Place, the restuarant I had worked at since age 14, and I began mixing my secrets together for use in our cooking at Pickle's. Over the years, the blend of my favorite spices became everyone's favorite, so bottling it seemed to be a good idea.
